The property is comprised of three separate buildings, quintessentially Balinese in design, and situated around the landscaped grounds.

The property features an open plan living area which serves as living room, dining room, and bar-cum-dry kitchen.

The fully air-conditioned sleeping quarters contains three double bedrooms and a study.  On the ground floor, the master bedroom has French windows opening onto the garden, a queen size four poster bed and an Ensuite garden bathroom with bathtub.  The study which connect with the master bedroom doubles up as an indoor lounge suitable for children to watch TV or DVDs and can be used as an additional sleeping area for your children up to ten years old.  A guest toilet is adjacent to the study.  The stairway is incorporated into the study and leads to the first floor bedroom whish has a king size bed, an Ensuite bathroom with shower, and a balcony.  The third bedroom has a lumbung style roof, twin beds and an Ensuite bathroom with shower.  All three bedrooms are suitable for adult couples.
